Great customer service but my bad luck had to pay $206 for diagnostics on electrical problem that I thought was not related to the battery . Long story short Walmart installed wrong battery causing intermittent power issues. To replace factory installed battery was quoted over $300 plus $206 diagnostic total over $500 I ended up taking to ford dealer installed battery for only $245 total installed. I would have thought non dealer would have been cheaper than dealer prices .
Consistently great service. Toyota performs very well after they work on it K.I.N. service advisor and mechanics are extremely thorough and accurate so you can fully trust them.
Very happy & will not take my car anywhere else.
The team diagnosed the problem called for authorization as needed. They were patient as I represented a company and needed approval for the service.
